    At Mizino Premium Chocolate, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality chocolates with great care. As our products are perishable food items, special conditions apply to refunds and returns. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.


    1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

    We accept refund or return requests only under the following circumstances:

    • The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery.

    • The product received is incorrect (wrong item sent).

    • The product is expired or deemed unsafe for consumption at the time of delivery.

    ⚠️ Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference, change of mind, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.


    2. Conditions for Approval

    To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

    • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

    • Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) is required.

    • Clear photographic evidence of the issue (damaged, defective, or incorrect product) must be provided.

    • Products must remain unconsumed and in their original packaging.


    3. Process for Refunds and Returns

    2. Provide your order details, photographs of the issue, and a description of the problem.

    3. Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection.

    4. If approved, you may receive:

      • A replacement product (subject to stock availability), or

      • A refund processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.


    4. Shipping Costs

    • If the error is on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will bear the cost of return shipping (if applicable).

    • If the issue is not due to our error, return requests will not be accepted.


    5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

    • Any product not reported within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with.

    • Promotional or discounted items (unless defective).
